Bar - Recipe of the Month BY
POPULAR REQUEST - PEPPER SAUCE INGREDIENTS 1/2
pint brown sauce (thick gravy - not HP!!) 1/2
pint single cream 2
tablespoons of soft green peppercorns 2
tablespoons of ground black pepper (fresh is best) 2
tablespoons of dried parsley Optional
extra -50ml Malt Whisky
PREPARE - Mix
all ingredients in a plastic jug. Stir well
- Microwave
until boiling. Stir well
- Rest for 1 minute
- Microwave
for 2 minutes - job done!!
