Macmillan's Bar - Recipe of the Month

BY POPULAR REQUEST - PEPPER SAUCE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 pint brown sauce (thick gravy - not HP!!)
  • 1/2 pint single cream
  • 2 tablespoons of soft green peppercorns
  • 2 tablespoons of ground black pepper (fresh is best)
  • 2 tablespoons of dried parsley
  • Optional extra -50ml Malt Whisky

PREPARE

  • Mix all ingredients in a plastic jug. Stir well
  • Microwave until boiling. Stir well
  • Rest for 1 minute
  • Microwave for 2 minutes - job done!!
